July 7, Day Care, Outreach, Church
In the afternoon, 15 of us went to a Christian day care center and ministered to about 40 children. It was great fun! Normally there are several hundred kids at the center, but because the public schools are off for two weeks, there were fewer kids. School age students are in class for 4 hours, so many parents send these students to day care for the other 4 hours. The pre-school kids are in the day care all day.
In the evening we did a drama outreach in barrio 15 de Septiembre. A group of about 10 then walked to the church for the midweek service of Ciudad de Dios.
