Jesus For All Nations

Costa Rica Mission, 2005

July 20-22, Chichigalpa, Nicaragua

Read about the town of Chichigalpa and the pastor we worked with there ...

Pastor David Zelaya and his wife Judith from the Ciudad de Dios in Chichigalpa had a full day of activities planned for our "Tico-gringo" ministry team.  (Click here for a look at the Tico team members...) Because it was a full day travel to Chichigalpa and a full day back, we had only one day of ministry.

We divided into two teams and ministered at 4 secondary schools, an elementary school, a prison, the main town market, and a large evening program in the town square where almost 1,000 people came out.  We had passed out flyers all day about the event at our various ministry sites, and Pastor David had put in radio spots and truck-loudspeaker announcements all through the town.

We worked hard, and finished the day with a "fiery" prayer session at the Ciudad de Dios.
